NASA Executive Council Approved Level 0 Exploration Requirements

NASA has released the first set of requirements which flesh out the new space vision. Much of this restates the President's agenda from last January, but it is in black & white for NASA bureaucrats to digest. Worth a read.

Mission Statement: NASA shall advance U.S. Scientific, technological, security, and economic interests through a robust human and robotic space exploration program.
