To all I wanted to share a little known fact of Nasa and it's decaying image from the apollo days. Back in the late 70's or early 80's I was at a local junk yard looking for car engine parts and happened upon what I believe was an old Apollo capsule boiler plate unit. It was colored a light blue green probably faded from the years. I never thought much of this over the next 20 years visiting this same salvage yard maybe as many as 30 times. I needed other car parts just about yearly to survive on the shoe string income that I made up here in NH in those years.
In thinking of the SEI journey I thought that I would like a photo or two of this just for a keepsake but this morning much to my surprise it was not in it's place were I had seen it so many times before. Like everything if you wait to long it just disappears.
The Craft had been sold sometime last year just before the winter months of 2025 heading into 2026.
I guess if we all just want to sit by and say nothing about this vision of a journey as it has been put. We will get what we all put into it, to voice what matters to each of us before it is to late to the commission before it is to late. If we do nothing then this too will pass into nothingness if we do not speak out.
I guess That I took it all for granted that it would always be there, never giving it a thought until now.
