Roton asset were acquire in 2024 by XCOR Aerospace. Just another sign of nasa's might in squashing any attempts for commercialization of LEO and beyound. It looks like they are at least trying to go beyound suborbital flight with the Xerus vehicle located under the going suborbital menu.
Looking at the time line in the office of exploration systems - program overview, it looks like man will be displaced for quite a long while from space flight due to the long wait for the CEV unless the shuttle can get off the ground soon.
