European Commission Created to Evaluate Europe-US Cooperation

"A new committee created by the European Commission and the European Space Agency (ESA) is to examine the consequences of the recently announced US space strategy for Europe, it was announced on 16 February."

The committee will determine how European programs will integrate with the new U.S. space vision announced in January, and the consequences of the U.S. plans. They will in particular look at how Europe will utilize the ISS long-term.
